During coaching sessions, we break down what your goals are, identify what's been blocking you, and develop a customized plan that builds off your strengths. I don't give you another routine to follow—I teach you how to create wellness systems that evolve with your life.

I'm a certified wellness coach with an Masters in Public Health, with a specialization in Health Education. I've spent with 6+ years researching behavior change - how to change attitudes, beliefs, behaviors, and self-perception.
I've had plenty of highs and lows in my own wellness journey, and I'm here to offer professional expertise, wrapped in compassion and understanding. I find coaching to be so much fun!
Other factoids about me: I'm serious about my faith, I love spending time with my husband, and being in the Wissahickon park as much as humanly possible.
